Test your knowledge about some of the approaches to workplace mental health issues found within this website.
"My journey from illness, through recovery, to now began after I was released from the military and my social support network was removed from me. There were many days that I would go home and sit in front of the computer, but all I could think about was, how can I get rid of myself? How can I end it all to make the pain go away? I never had a plan to kill myself, but I felt so worthless and useless.
Things began to get better when I started therapy. I hated it. I hated going, but I took it seriously. Eventually I began to heal. The work still continues. I still have "those" days, but they are few and far between. Wellness is a life long journey."
