The Great-West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace is involved with the development and dissemination of tools and resources that assist workplaces to respond to mental health issues. Below are some of these projects that are currently in progress:

 

The Great-West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace Clinical Innovation Fund

The Clinical Innovation Fund was established in 2006 with a pledge from The Great-West Life Assurance Company to the Foundation of the Canadian Psychiatric Association (FCPA). The fund was made available to psychiatrists and associates, encouraging them to share any original, innovative practices and approaches aimed at improving a patient's ability to successfully return to work and prevent relapse. Six award recipients have been named in 2008.
