The resources contained in this website are designed to help provide effective, evidence-based strategies that can help you reduce your own stress while positively impacting the stress levels and well-being of workers.

There are a number of ways to use Managing Emotions:

  1. Complete the skills assessment to see your unique strengths and areas for
    improvement.
  2. Work through the video modules. These are interactive video vignettes that
    address elements of each of the four skill areas.
  3. Read through each of the four skill areas, which include:
    1. a range of key strategies that can help you consider approaches to working
      more effectively with distressed or emotional employees.
    2. reflective or action-oriented exercises that can help you further refine your
      skills in responding successfully to the range of distressed states you may
      experience in the workplace and that may require your response.
